The Island Hotel - Adults Only -, Gouves

The hotel offers modern rooms with a rain shower, fridge, and tea & coffee making facilities served daily to a good standard in a lovely setting with a shared pool. However, the service can vary from extremely friendly and helpful to rude and strict at times.

I had a mix of experiences at the hotel. On the positive side, the rooms were clean, airy, and beautifully decorated, ensuring a quiet and comfortable stay. However, the garden view sharing pool lacked privacy, which was a drawback. The location was nice, although a bit cramped at times. The service was excellent, with attentive staff always willing to go the extra mile, but the dining setup could improve to avoid overcrowding.

I couldn't ask for more, the rooms were fantastic with a large bed, UK TV, and decent Wi-Fi for streaming Netflix. They were spacious, spotless, and even had a lovely outdoor seating area overlooking a corner of the gardens. The hotel also accommodated our special occasion by offering a discounted rate, showcasing amazing customer service.

The hotel was lovely with all the amenities, spotless, comfy, and had more than enough storage. Although it was a fair walk to the restaurant from one's room, the service was amazing, friendly, and helpful all the time. The location was really nice, enabling you to wander around the local area where there are nearby shops and tavernas. The dining was adequate, and the facilities met our needs well.
